I give it a two because the food was good. closest thing to a philly cheesteak without going to philly. My issue is I got the cheese fries with it, ate my cheesesteak then started the fries i ate two before i lifted one up and realized a HAIR UNDER IT. Ok. Found a hair in my food. The Philly cheese steak looks pretty poor. The taste of the food not fresh and the employees instead of talking to customers they are talking to each other. Food is over priced. I also don't like people talking on my foodthat is just disgusting.

The punch card story is true I used to go with him about three times a week. Unbelievably poor customer service especially since the team there has seen us so many times. Why would he punch a fake hole??? Made me realize they need to have a better system to ?reward? their customers. We are not going to this location any more.

I found a hair in my food, which was quite unpleasant. The Philly cheese steak was disappointing, and the overall taste of the food felt stale. Rather than engaging with customers, the employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other. Additionally, I found the prices to be too high for the quality. I really don’t appreciate seeing staff talking over my food; it’s just off-putting.
