What Lucy Herzog likes about Chipotle:
Although not fully vegan, this restaurant is a great find for my family. They offer a vegan meat option called sofrito, which I personally don't care for. I much prefer the herbal burrito dish with guacamole. It's delicious and generous enough to make two meals out of one portion. The tofu scramble in the bowl is quite spicy and hard to find, so I recommend sticking with the burrito instead. View all feedback.
