I went for my best friend's birthday lunch and it was so good! I reserved a table for 2 at 1pm on a Saturday and we were seated immediately when we got there. The food and drinks were absolutely fantastic and the service was excellent! 10/10 wouldrecommend.

Went 10/8/22 Saturday at approximately 4:30pm. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and patiently explained the menu options. I ordered the Chicken Anticuchos. It was tasty and flavorful especially when adding their sauce options to the food (have 5 tochoose from). Grade: B+/A

I dined at Barroco with some family members and was fairly disappointed. Although our waiter was friendly, we had to wait a long time to be served after being seated. I will say the drinks were excellent once they finally arrived, so kudos to the bartender. The food was just okay—my steak was cooked to a nice medium rare, but everything was served at room temperature. I’m not sure how that happened, especially since my sides were French fries and white rice, both of which should have been prepared quickly after the steak. I suspect some of the issues might be related to the time we visited, but it was only 9 p.m. on a Friday. Overall, given the prices, I expected a much better experience.

My husband and I always enjoy stopping by Barroco whenever we visit our friends in Ohio. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff are warm and welcoming. We especially love the handcrafted beer and mojitos! It’s truly a great spot to enjoy tasty food, refreshing drinks, excellent service, and lively live music.

Good, but not entirely worth the price, and it seems like the sauces do most of the work. However, the fried yuca is absolutely addictive.
