I'm not too bothered by the fact that the hostess waited until she cleaned every table in the restaurant before seating people when there were MANY open seats. But the worst part was that it took (no exaggeration) ONE HOUR from when we ordered our food until we received it. And when we received it, only one of our meals wasn't cold. I had the mac and cheese and it had that layer of hardened cheese on it when it gets when it has been sitting out for a long time. And the chicken on top was cold. The server virtually ignored us, and they weren't even that busy. On top of that, I ordered the Club House Grille, then they came back and said they were out and had me order something else. Than they came back again to say that they were out of fish and chips as well and had my father re-order. There was no manager on duty to ask for help. Just a horrible experience overall.
