Dunkin' - Willoughby Hills

One of the most ghettotist places I've ever been I was there 8/13/22 when I tell you the whole morning staff needs to be fired including the manager the cashier wasn't paying attention to my order I had to repeat my order 4x she was to busy with watchingher coworkers running around her and falling playing, the store didn't have anything really no doughnuts or muffins, no hashbrowns, no croissants, and on top of it all blasting rap music. If I wasn't starving I would have left. I wouldn't recommendthis ghetto party center to anyone it's not worth it.

I ordered two coffee hot ones and they gave me one hot one ice i didn’t order ice coffee they had me wait in line saying they were making a fresh pot had me waiting so long i asked did they want me to move while the other car behind can get their order they said no to have me wait longer to give me the nastiest cup of not no where bears hot freshly made taste hours old like why Service: 1

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in the city. I went inside yesterday and was told that they inside was closed and only drive through was open. I was very confused because the young man was sitting down talking on his cell phone. There were no signs on the door. He just blatantly refused service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The female manager this morning is very rude and sets an unprofessional example for your staff. The drive-thru staff had on a black dirty sweater with his hood on.
