Really wanted to enjoy this place based on the reviews, but my family found this restaurant incredible dirty with dead bugs everywhere and very dirty tables and floors. The food was okay, but hard to enjoy based on the environment. For the owners, please make this place clean so people feel comfortable. View all feedback.
Paulette and I had a very nice lunch at Somali Star this afternoon. That was our first visit and we want to go back. The owner was friendly and very helpful with the menu. I had a goat and I enjoyed it. The menu is varied and includes a number of interesting selections.
Bashir is always friendly! We love the food! Great place for African food!
Somali Star was incredible, if I could have every meal there I would.
The food is amazing and the people are really nice!!! So good!!!
Preordered around noon for a 7pm dinner. Everything was ready when I stopped to pick it up and it was amazingly delicious!
