The French fries were freshly cooked and perfectly crispy for fast food. Overall, both the service and the food here are excellent!

Even the door is coated with grime, setting the tone before you even enter that bathroom... Watching an associate nonchalantly walk around dragging a piece of clothon surfaces reminds you to make sure your food doesn't get in contact with the tables.I maybe eat at this kind of places 4times a year max and this will not make me want to change that

Very rude staff also the hours on the poster on thefront door said the drive through was open? And we also tried to walk in but the door was locked for some reason the poster saiddining was supposed to be open as well what the heck. ?????

The food is your typical BK, IF they get your order ri... read more The only reason people go here is because there are not many other options for a fastfood burger in town. The food is your typical BK, IF they get your order right. And even then you can expect to be eating something that has been sitting in theirsteamer, even if you ask for it to be made fresh. The worst part however is the service. Customer service at this particular BKis non-existent. Staff isn't exactly rude, they just don't care and give no extra to their work beyond taking an order andputting as little effort as possible into giving out food. The restaurant itself is usually minimally cleaned but you'll haveto go inside to order unless you speak Spanish (which I do) to order in drive thru. If you need a BK specific item, go here.Otherwise spend a couple dollars more and go almost ANYWHERE else in Willits.
