An unreliable ordering app—problematic deals, gift-card failures and false readiness alerts—adds frustration. While some employees show friendliness and competence, management needs to address hygiene, staffing and technology issues before the location can be recommended.

This is the worst Subway I have ever visited. The interior is dirty, and the service leaves much to be desired. Although the staff member who assisted us was friendly, he made mistakes with our order twice and ultimately charged us for the wrong item. This location definitely needs some improvement.
If you dont know how to make a sandwich... DON'T GET BEHIND THE COUNTER.And if you dont know how to talk to people and really dont wanna come to work...DONT COME TO WORK.A cold cut sandwich has its own meats for it. SmhAnd if you know someone is new...Help them care for your customers.And dont shut the place down and turn the lights off WAYYYY before closing.That just makes it uncomfortable to ask for your services.
The staff member was extremely rude and refused service to the gentleman ahead of us. There was no sign of customer service. We were told to leave the store to place our order online.
I've visited this restaurant twice over the past six years, hoping to order a Steak and Cheese sub without it being toasted. Each time, they insisted that it had to be toasted, so I ultimately decided to walk out. I won't be returning, as all the other Subways I've been to have had no issue making my sub the way I prefer it.
