Horrible and unacceptable customer service. The employee had a very nasty attitude as though she didn't want to be there. She threw my order on the floor twice while attempting to make it, slaming toaster oven doors, and then went to grab a broom and dust pan to clean up her mess, went back to making sandwiches and didn't even change her gloves View all feedback.
Ordered pickup in a time crunch and needed it was ready on time extraordinary service
This is the worst subway I have ever been to. It is dirty inside and the service is terrible. The guy that helped us was nice, but messed up our order twice and then ended up charging us for the wrong thing. They need some help at this store.
The gal is a very rude person and she refused service to gentleman before us, no customer service whatsoever.we were asked to get out of the store to make an online order.
I've been to this place twice to try to order Steak and Cheese in 6 years and don't like my sub toasted and they insisted it had to be toasted, so I just walked out and will never go back, all the other Subways seem to not have a problem with not toasting my sub.
The staff at this location seem to be more on top of things than the other location in town. They do a good job.However, you still have to deal with the app, which has been a fountain of problems. Whether it be requiring orders to add sandwiches that don't exist in order to use an advertised deal, or not being able to process gift card payments, or even lying to customers about the readiness of their orders while also not providing their own staff with the order information, the app seems to be the origin of most issues.
