I called to inform them about it, but they put me on hold for over 15 minutes, even though I could hear other calls coming in and orders being taken. It felt like they hoped I would just hang up rather than voice a complaint. I mainly wanted to let them know about the staple for the safety of future customers—imagine if someone swallowed it! Overall, this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The staff seemed disorganized and were quick to shift blame. As for the food, it was typical—nothing special. I expected that, but it was certainly not worth the hassle.

Their food is great. The service is great. Though I do wish they included more than just three crab rangoon per order. Honestly that's probably my only complaint. Oh and their french fries are almost always soggy. But I've never eatenthem fresh from the restaurant I've only ever had them delivered through doordash. So condensation builds up in the plasticcontainer that the fries are in, resulting in them being soggy. Outside of that, the food really is pretty damn good.

When you walk in you have the option as to carryout or dine in( for my introverts, there's a drive through option as well) That have area whereyou can place your order and pay cash or card at the same machine in that area! If you dine in you can seat yourself in thedining area. The place was very clean. It didn't take the servers long to bring out our meal either. My favorite part of mymeal was my lo noodles. They were so so good. I do appreciate that they have our meal already in a container so I don't have towait around or ask for one. You dump you trash in the designated area and you're good to go! I almost forgot to mention thatthe price was very reasonable as well.
