Description

Nestled in a Williston shopping center, this affordable Asian spot earns loyal fans for Korean staples—bibimbap, japchae, kimchi—and crisp, spicy broccoli and scallion pancakes. Praise also goes to tasty pork lo mein and a friendly owner. However, experiences vary: some dishes are doughy, underfilled or overly sweet, fried items can be soggy, and orders have suffered long waits. Casual, budget-minded diners and spice lovers may find it worth a try, but expect occasional inconsistency.

This restaurant is the best in town! It never fails to impress, and the owner is lovely. I had dinner here, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. Highly recommend!

I have been dining here on and off for decades. They once had a tofu dish that absolutely amazed me. I ordered food from here tonight, and it had the best kimchi I've ever tasted. I'm writing this review because this is one of the best Asian restaurants in the area, and I believe giving them only three stars doesn’t truly reflect their quality.

Probably the worst Korean food I've ever had. The meat in the Bulgogi and Kalbi both seemed to be boiled, and drastically underseasoned. Kimchi pancakes were the only thing that earned a star here. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I ordered the chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice and an egg roll. The chicken and broccoli lacked flavor although the broccoli was cooked well. The eggroll had nothing in it except one small piece of cabbage. The pork fried rice was the worst fried rice I’ve ever had it lacked flavor color and pork not sure why it was called pork fried rice. We also ordered General Taos Chicken which only had small pieces of chicken and was mostly fried batter. Very disappointed.

Had the Mala chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce. Best broccoli around: crisp and spicy! Only one other place we have found that doesn't overcook it. The other place is in Winooski). The Mala was delightfully spicy but not overly so. Scallion pancakes really flavorful, not just greasy. Spring rolls average. Pork lo mein tasty also. Looking forward to going back and trying more of the Korean dishes. It is out of our way to get there but we will be going back.
