It feels like they only hire staff who don't truly appreciate the taste of coffee. The drinks are often burnt, overly sweet, or overloaded with cream when I simply ask for a splash. As for the service, calling it slow would be an understatement. Why can't they just tell you your total before you get to the window? It feels like they're intentionally dragging out the process. I only complained once when my drink was undrinkably sweet, and the response was that it was my fault for not ordering it half sweet. What? To make matters worse, their prices are quite high, even in today's economy. If you're going to charge more than Starbucks, you should at least provide better coffee.

Its cozy and welcoming atmosphere makes it an ideal place to meet up with friends. The warm Southern charm creates a vibe reminiscent of a café from the TV show "Heart of Dixie." The staff are friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent for Williston. I'm giving this location an extra star for the balcony seating and the lovely ambiance. I would rate the other locations four stars.

I chose to stand in line, but the experience was marred by poor service. Although I’ve had enjoyable visits here before, I’ve been more disappointed on recent trips.

The team was very friendly and professional, a... read more We stopped by the Meg-a-latte coffee truck at the state fair yesterday (July 22nd) and had an amazing experience. The team was very friendly and professional, and the fortune cookie cold brew I tried was absolutely fantastic. I only wish I could get it closer to home!
