What Dawn Rodriguez doesn't like about Famous Dave's -b-que:
We got 2 Texas Brisket plates and it was horrible. Didn't even taste like Brisket. I actually told my husband to take it back it was the worst food ever. Being from Texas it offends us for them even calling it Brisket. I should of read the reviews 1st. Lesson learned View all feedback.
It was busy so the service was slow, totally understand. But the portions are small and didn't taste very fresh. I'd go back just not when they are busy.

Long wait after ordering online. Poor quality. If you want BBQ, head over to Pit 105. Best meal ever.
I’ve been to Famous Dave’s in several cities and order the pork ribs. The Williston location ribs were not only the best I’ve had at any other Dave’s, they’re up there with the best ribs I’ve had anywhere. Bartender recommended dry rub with no sauce, and I’m glad she did. Less mess and you could really experience the bark. Usually pork ribs come overcooked where the bones slide out on their own. This location cooked them competition perfect where you can end with a clean bone, but it takes a few bites. Only one critique about the ribs the membrane was left on. Maybe that’s the secret I’m missing?
