I arrived later than expected, so my drink ha... read more I visited the restaurant last night to grab a macchiato, and since I work at Dunkin', I tried to be understanding. I arrived later than expected, so my drink had softened a bit. When I asked for a cup of ice, the manager, Colleen, rolled her eyes, sighed, and rudely said, "25 cents." I was completely fine with paying for it, so I took out my debit card. She scoffed and said, "Seriously? It’s just 25 cents, and you’re going to use a card? You do realize it costs us more to process card transactions, right?" She continued to complain and then said, "Ugh, just take it," while shoving the cup of ice towards me, almost knocking it over. I apologized and explained that I didn’t have any cash on me, and I would have happily paid in cash if I could. She simply waved her hand dismissively and ignored my explanation. This was incredibly poor customer service, especially coming from a manager!
