Well the car in front of me was taking quite a while... read more I had an amazing experience here this morning. The line was kind of long, and there were two girls working. Well the car in front of me was taking quite a while, and one of the girls bundled up (it's -20° outside!!! and came to my window to take my order while the other girl helped the car ahead. When I pulled up the window to grab my drink that was already made (SO convenient! she handed it to me and asked if I wanted to try it first. It was just a simple zinger but the effort of ensuring customer satisfaction was INCREDIBLE! The drinks are a bit more pricey than other coffee shops, but for that service I would gladly paid the few extra cents. From a very happy customer. :
