My caramel latte was fa... read more We've only visited this place once, but we will definitely be coming back whenever we're in Williston (we live just south of Alexander). My caramel latte was fantastic, as they use real caramel syrup instead of flavored syrup, and the strength was just right for my taste (I prefer my coffee fairly strong). I also tried a pomegranate French soda, and it was absolutely delightful. The young lady at the window was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all of our questions. For such a small coffee shack, they offer a wide variety of drinks, with numerous flavors available for both sodas and coffees. We also appreciate that they stay open later than most coffee shops.

One of th... read more Coffee Post Inc has always been my favorite coffee spot, but my recent visit was disappointing. I brought my daughter along, and we placed our orders. One of them was a 20-ounce iced vanilla latte, but the barista gave me a hot drink instead. When I explained it was supposed to be iced and that my daughter doesn't drink hot beverages, the barista didn’t fix it properly. Instead, they took a smaller 12-ounce cup, filled it with ice, and poured half of the hot latte over it, resulting in a lukewarm, watered-down drink—not the 20-ounce iced latte we ordered from the menu. By the time we finally received it, there were four cars waiting behind us, and we were rushed to get to school, so we had to throw the drink away. It felt like a $7 waste. While my other daughter enjoyed her Italian soda, I’m really disappointed with the barista’s unwillingness to correctly handle the order instead of improvising.
