After a dinner with friends, we were in the mood for some ice cream, and my friend recommended Hildebrandt. The place has a charming, nostalgic vibe, reminiscent of an old-school ice cream parlor with its classic stools. The homemade ice cream is delicious, although the service was a bit slow. While I never ate the food here, the ice alone deserves a 10-/5-star rating. The ice cream and whipped cream are homemade while the hot fudge is thick and fresh. Quite simply, it's delicious and stacks up against any competitor I was.

Food was ok. Most of the servers/staff were friendly and helpful. Ice cream sundaes were great and they had shot sundaes for those who want a smaller size!
