I ordered fried catfish, but the batter fell off, so I might as well have had it grilled. The tartar sauce didn’t taste like real tartar sauce; both sauces were similar in flavor. The salad was pretty good, but I had to chop it into smaller pieces to eat it. The tea was nice, and the okra was just okay. Would I go back? Definitely not!

The food was amazing! I don't understand why this place isn’t earning more than Pizza Shack! If you haven’t yet visited Bubba Ts and you’re one of the many who just moved to Republic Grand Ranch, you should definitely come in for a fried shrimp po' boy or a bowl of fresh gumbo! Recently, I had surgery and have limited mobility aside from driving. While parked in their lot, I called to request curbside service, even though they typically don’t offer it. To my surprise, they were more than happy to accommodate me! This really reflects the kindness of the owners and the staff. The service and food are consistently excellent. Is it the cheapest option out there? No, but the prices are fair for the quality of the meal and the outstanding service. I’m already thinking about returning on Monday for more! As for dietary restrictions, my stepbrother is allergic to onions, and when he perused the menu, the server was kind enough to point out the items that contained onions. Parking is ample, with about 30 spaces available, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
I'm good with bubba ts food. Today I ordered a bowl of seafood gumbo and fried shrimp po boy. When I got home and opened the gumbo it was 3/4th rice and 1/4 gumbo. Might want to watch that.
No doubt if you've not been its highly recommended love the people great service and if your dining alone great the servers will sure keep you company.?????
This place really does it all the right way. Cajun food, atmosphere and friendly staff. Love the jambalaya rice. Been here many times over the last few years and the food has been consistently good and authentic. This place is a true gem for Willis.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE! From the moment we walked in until we left, the customer service was outstanding! A big shout-out to Brittany, Felicia, and Patrick, who truly made our experience memorable. The food was fantastic—I had the fried fish with shrimp, and it was simply amazing. They made sure we felt right at home by checking on us frequently and ensuring we had everything we needed. Patrick even opened the door for us on our way out with a big smile, making us promise to return soon. If only all places had customer service like Bubba T's!
Consider this restaurant for what it is: a casual eatery located in a striped shopping center where you order at the counter. It's fantastic! There are also some standalone buildings nearby that offer table service and a more upscale menu. As long as your expectations are in check, you'll enjoy great food at an excellent price. I've left other local seafood spots due to poor quality and ended up here, always leaving satisfied and full. Give it a try! There’s something for everyone on the menu, so you won’t feel limited by the style of food, I promise.
The food here is always fantastic. Always. It's my husband's favorite place when we're in town. That means you have to go there and eat IN. Do not order delivery or togo or you will be seriously disappointed. You never get the order right and that makes people crazy.

The food was incredibly delicious; we were so wrapped up in our meal that we barely had a moment to breathe between bites! The staff was extremely friendly, even though I arrived close to closing time to place my order and pick it up. This was my first experience ordering from here, and I will definitely be coming back!
