Gaetano's - Willingboro

Food was expensive and it was not made the way I wanted it ordered ex-mayo and mustard. It was not couldn't hardly taste the cheese. Ever ever again will drive 31 minutes for that awful chicken cheese steak ? ? ? ? ? ?

If you like big large cheesesreaks packed with meat and toppings this is your place.

Chicken wings were horrible, greasy dried out, no flavor. My son had a hamburger he took one bite of it and it was awful.

The food would be excellent if they added the proper topics as requested. They made my sandwich the way they wanted too. The core of my flounder hoagie was awesome but I was missing toppings and my condiments and no napkins. If they paid more attention to detail this place would be five stars. Stop rushing and pay attention to what customers order.

Either the cooks can't read or don't care, or the order is not being taken properly. I've been coming here for years but it's been a min and I came twice over this past weekend and both times the food was missing items, I was told upon arrival that they were out of what I ordered (mind you, I called the order in and they could've called me back to tell me that) during the second visit and I had to wait for something else to be cooked, I was given the bottom of the pan old, and clumpy, discolored cheese wiz. Charged for cheese the first time and didn't get it and no pickles on the side as requested. To make matters worse I picked up my order last night made it all the way to Bear Delaware to find out my food was still wrong it was not supposed to have tomatoes and onions on it and it had tomatoes and onions on it. I'm greatly disappointed as a food service worker who was an exceptional waitress for years and now a chef. After an 11-hour shift I would hope to come home to not cook and eat one of my favorite sandwiches from gaetano's but I was greatly disappointed twice in 3 days. I would make sure if you were my guest your food would be perfect everything you wanted would be there and if something on the plate doesn't look appealing I wouldn't serve it to you!
