My friends and I came in tonight (13 of us) for a club meet, we were blessed with Lydia as our server and she was AMAZING! Absolutely delightful server and on top of it all. I know we can be a bit obnoxious at times and sometimes our dinners can be hectic. She didn’t bat an eye and went right along with it all while continuing to provide amazing service. 10/10 would recommend going there and I hope you get Lydia! Foo... View all feedback.
The quality of this Restaurant has gone down hill over the past year. My favorite dish is Pasta Fagioli and Salad has lost it's good taste. My Salad contained big Chunks of White/ yellow Lettuce Core from the base of the head of lettuce and it was over saturated with their Italian dressing. And as for my favorite Soup the Pasta Fagioli , it had so much pepper that I had to drink lots of water to cool down my mouth. There was so much pepper in it that I could not taste anything in the soup !! This happen to me during the year. Each time I ordered this soup, it was always way to hot peppered. Like a lot of chain restaurants, they tend to get run down from constant traveling customers.... Appearance, cleanliness and appearance of the Help all seem to be below par... I am taking this restaurant off of my list for 2024..
Had a great experience here compared to the other Olive Garden near the Galleria Mall! The service was amazing and the restaurant very clean! I went with the soup and salad. We also ordered some dipping sauces they offer now for breadsticks. The spinach and artichoke dip was super good and so were the spicy shrimp!
The waiter is fantastic! Ask for Jordan, he is very pleasant. Food is excellent. Went for a nice lunch.
OMG!!! Olive garden is my favorite resto when I go to the USA. The hostess and server is friendly here. No crazy line ups at this location either. Well the reason for my lower rating this visit. As something happen to my food and they're explanation was not reasonable. It was a slap in the face moment. We got our meals and i had the soup upon eating round 2 of it i saw a DEAD FLY floating around and immediately felt sick i did not want to continue or eat my meal anymore. I called the server over and he gave a flustered look and told me a manager would come over right away. Well the manager comes and looks then says well in the kitchen we have over a thousand flies and we do have that blue light but obviously it can't get them all and they're times when a fly or two may come in contact with food. Like that answer got me gagging i wanted to vommit right there and then. The manager suggested that i could get another soup and he will put a netting over the soup. That doesn't make sense!!! how am i gonna eat the soup if theres a NET in my way. Like 1000+ flies flying in your kitchen one or more will get in food most definitely. Well i told him i didn't want the meal and were leaving. We got the bill and the manager says he gave us 25% off our food. Like i didn't even eat my meal why am i being charged????. Ehh i wanted to get outta there. That was nasty and amateur of the manager to give me a measly 25% off. Well Olive Garden off my list and I'm spreading the word. Enjoy!
When we have many excellent family run Italian restaurants near us, I don't often dine at Olive Garden. Yet, when I do, it's a consistently satisfying meal and dining experience. Other than the food being a bit heavy on salt, I always found the dinners enjoyable in taste and portion size. Tonight I ordered a 6 ounce sirloin steak, well done. The meat was lean, seared just right and delicious. It came with a side of Alfredo Fettuccine. My friend ordered the shrimp scampi. It was also a good choice tasty. Garlicky. Of course, we started our meal with the famous OG salad and breadsticks. A bottle of red blend at $15 was also pretty good. Our server got my friend's order wrong. She quickly got the shrimp scampi from the kitchen so we could eat together. I like the Italian themed decor on the inside, nice. Yes I'd go back. The soup and salad option for lunch sounds great. I'll have to remember that option.
