When I ordered a charcuterie board with meats, cheeses, crackers, and jams, and was served Club crackers and diner-style packets of Smucker's, I nearly walked out right then and there.

They were mostly out of beer, and when someone orders a mixed drink, the bartenders seem unaware of what’s available. They also lack proper glasses for serving wine and cocktails. It's a disappointing experience overall!
