Britesmith Brewing - Williamsville
Britesmith Brewing
Description
Britesmith Brewing pairs craft beer and wood-fired fare with a scenic creekside patio and welcoming service. Menu highlights include a Korean cheesesteak, smash burger, wood-fired pizzas and thoughtful gluten-free options. Many praise the inventive food, beer selection and relaxed atmosphere, though popularity brings long waits and higher prices. Some guests report inconsistent execution—cold or overcooked dishes—and occasional lapses in service; the sunny, unshaded patio can be uncomfortable and attract wasps. Limited on-site parking exists, but a nearby lot eases access. Overall a lively destination worth trying with tempered expectations.

Service was good. Good beers. We ordered pretzels as an app. They came out cold; wasn't anything amazing. Then we decided to share a Margherita pizza. That seemed cold as well. It was over cooked on top under cooked on bottom. The cheese was completelymelted. Not what we expected. We have tried several times to come here but it was always too busy. We were excited to get in butoverall disappointed. Not worth the wait. With prices you would expect a little more.
Stopped in here for brunch one time on a sunday and they had a 1 1/2hr wait. We knew next time we had to get there when they opened. So, we went back the next week and we are glad we did. The drinks were good, food was delcious and our bartenders wereawesome. We will be back.
Fantastic atmosphere, great beer, delicious food, and friendly staff! I tried the American IPA with mosaic hops and rye, and it was excellent. I also had the smoked turkey sandwich, which was mouthwatering! It's a really cool place, but be prepared for slightly higher prices.
What an incredible evening! The food, drinks, atmosphere, and service were all flawless yet relaxed. Make sure to sample the wood-fired pizza; even the gluten-free option was fantastic! Our group had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be coming back soon! (Tess M. Williams)
I visited this restaurant at noon before a Bills game, hoping to try the Korean cheesesteak. Since they serve brunch until 2:30 PM, I opted for the fried chicken sandwich instead. I wasn't disappointed at all! The food is incredible, the beer is excellent, and the service was impressive too.
