It tastes a Japanese taste. Grilled dumplings are on the menu. Chinese food dumplings are boiled one. Grilled one is Japanese style. I regularly visit Buffalo from Japan since 1994, but there is no food suitable for the Japanese mouth easily. The atmosphere of the shop is different, but there was a restaurant of the same name 'Bamboo China '. At that time, there was no one to fit the Japanese mouth completely in Buff...
