Great food: gluten free, dairy free, all sorts of free. Freshly prepared & cooked, interesting menu, good for takeaways.Lovely atmosphere, very friendly and homely cafe, no pretension - what you see is what you get & all with a smile.Very happy to return if we are in the area. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Novel Kitchen:
Home made chai was weak and disappointing. Menu is pricey and really, with so much on offer in this area I thought the point of difference was their promise of healthy, varied food- no real evidence on the menu except for the juices. Staff are friendly but it was not enough to consider a return. View all feedback.
I dropped by on a Sunday morning and was pleased to find that they were open. There were seats available outside and within. I ordered a coffee and a pie and took a pavement table, enjoying the cooling breeze. Both coffee and pie were both good.
We booked a table for 8 and had a wonderful time. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Coffee was great. Food was plentiful and tasty. They even shouted me a slice of cake with a candle for my birthday. Could not recommend Novel Kitchen more highly.
This is great place to have food.with a great customer service.the food was served the way I wanted.thanks
What a nice vibe in this café/coffee shop/mini library. Went in for coffee and didn’t want to leave! There is a large dining room table in the main space with free newspapers and other more private seating. The food options looks and sounded amazing, the service was entertaining and friendly and the coffee very good. ‘Lots to like and I look forward to revisiting.
Absolutely delicious coffee. Food tasty and generous portions. Love the teaspoon collection, a real talking point (especially the CWA Vic that the owner kindly let me have) Staff are friendly and a little gem of a Cafe.
