Description
Once a beloved local favorite, this WILLIAMSTON restaurant has recently seen a decline in consistency and portion size, leaving longtime patrons disappointed. While the parking and atmosphere remain convenient and clean, and some menu items like onion rings and cod sandwiches still impress, issues such as smaller portions, inconsistent cooking, missing condiments, and occasional cold or greasy food have become common. Service is generally friendly but sometimes lacks attention to detail. Despite these setbacks, many customers hope for a return to the quality and generous portions that once made this spot a family dining staple in the community.

I had a disappointing experience with an older waitress at the counter on 9/22/21. Instead of being friendly, she mocked us for wearing masks, which we were doing for our safety. It felt really rude and unprofessional. Overall, a frustrating encounter.
This restaurant has gone from being a 5-star place where you could expect quality food and generous portions to a place that feels like they’re saying, “Take what we give you or go somewhere else.” The fries have been reduced to half their original size, and they now charge an extra dollar for the small salad that used to come with the dishes for free. If you order chicken, you can no longer choose the pieces you want. For example, if a child only wants legs, they won't let you swap a leg for a breast. We really need a good family restaurant in Williamston!
This has to be the most stunning food I've ever tasted, but after several visits, I've decided I won't be returning.
