Even though I have had TGI Fridays in TN many, many times, I do believe this one is my favorite. Not only was all of the food absolutely delicious, the service was on point. Our server was so so sweet, helpful and took great care of a 7-person table. I am very impressed. View all feedback.
What Fern Kuhn doesn't like about TGI FRIDAYS - Williamsport:
Like most restaurants these days service was just ok. Prices were high and portions small. We did it to ourselves though. Nothing bad, nothing great. Oh and heads up the twisted steak fries is a small steak with potato chips. View all feedback.
Reserved table on line no problem. Seated quickly. Waiter tried but service bad. Drinks took forever back up at bar. Food took hour to come out. Tables who came in after us got food first. Food came out wrong. Missing items, half rack ribs. Ran out of broccoli. We had to ask for substitute, one not offered. Asked several times for cocktail sauce. The only thing manager did was take off one round of drinks. A nice mother’s day dinner was ruined.
Great experience. Got there at 7:15pm and they seated us right away . Waiter was wonderful and took the time to customize an order. Food was excellent.
Need more personal space when dining tables are way too close to each other was pretty much against the table sitting and very little room on smaller tables for food
We love TGI! Our Valentine's Day date was wonderful. I love being able to make a reservation
Great waitress and food. Just too noisy next to the podium and front doors.
