Taco Bell - Williamsport

I placed an online order, and it was ready right when I requested! The young man preparing my order was incredibly polite and made sure to include all the sauces I wanted. He addressed me by my first name and wished me a wonderful day!

I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't eat Taco Bell in about a year. They were always forgetting something and the people were rude. But this time the young man who took my order was very pleasant. I even saw him go to the lobby to check on guests. The girl who was up there was also very nice to the customers. My food (a large order) was made quick and the only forgotten thing was one taco. The only thing I had issues with this time was I tried to order online and wasted 15 mins of my time

Food was great as always but a woman sitting in the dine in area (employee maybe on break) was on the phone with someone screaming and yelling at them, swearing, the entire 15-20 minutes we were there. There were other customers in there as well eating as she was screaming into her phone.

Taco Bell I enjoy your food from time to time but come on I literally got one meal and you gave me 50 sauce packets and I only asked for a few Diablo hot sauces. Needs better management. Employees are usually nice I just need the people working there to care and think about what exactly there doing and if it seems right because if it doesn't maybe you shouldn't be doing it.
