Subway - Williamsport

I visited this Subway location around 10:30 am on a Sunday morning, but it was closed with no lights on. I waited for 10 minutes but no one showed up. This is not how a business should be operated. I eventually went to a Subway in Hagerstown instead. The food was rated a 5, service a 1, and atmosphere a 1.

When we arrived at the entrance of the restaurant, we were greeted by a hand-written sign that stated, "Absolutely no public restrooms." We inquired about using the restroom after making a purchase, and were told that we could. As we approached the counter, we noticed another sign informing customers that no coupons were accepted at this location. It seemed like the owner might be strict, but the staff was friendly and the food was typical of what you would find at Subway. Service was for take-out only.

The service was good, but unfortunately this restaurant does not have a baby changing station in the restroom. The food was rated at 5 out of 5.

They do not expect coupons. That is against company policy

Terrible customer service ordered online wasn't ready And then they still made other people sandwiches that came in after I got there to pick up my on line order. Place has gone to hell ever since the new owners took it over. I'll go to the pilot or Walmart one before I ever go back to subway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
