Marco's Ny Pizza - Williamsport

The pizza my friend and I ordered remained untouched. The customer service was mediocre and the atmosphere was quite dull. I also experienced a strong reaction to the garlic, which is unusual for me.

I’m currently on the phone with this restaurant, and I’m really frustrated with their customer service. I had a voucher with no expiration date that they refused to accept, which was disappointing. But I decided to just place my order anyway since the difference in size didn’t matter to me, and I didn’t actually need the larger subs. However, the person on the other end insisted on arguing with me about getting a bigger size. I tried to be patient and respectful, but honestly, with service like this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

What a terrific place. All of the food was amazing. We stayed in the area for several days and enjoyed lunch or dinner there several times. They have the best pizza crust that I've had anywhere in quite a while. The calzone is legendary. The wings a thing of beauty. The subs are generously constructed with fresh delicious ingredients. The restaurant is very clean and attractively appointed. The owner and staff are committed to excellence. Go to Marco's. You can't go wrong.
