Papa John's Pizza - Williamson

Usually they?re great about my orders. But today I ordered a LARGE pizza and 2 liter. I get there and they misplaced my pizza so I wait on another one. They give me a MEDIUM pizza along with garlic rolls I didn?t order. The lady told me I could grab a 2liter since they messed my first pizza up. What. I payed for it. Of course imma take the 2 liter.

Doesn't look like extra cheese. At least cover the dough!! Second time the Williamson ga PAPA JOHNS has failed. Management do something! Called back and remake was papa js quality of old!

Great customer service at this Papa John?s location in Williamson. We love the thin crust pizza with our favorite toppings. Always a great experience.

This time, I was informed it would take over an hour for delivery. Then, when I called with a question, I was put on hold and subsequently hung up on. I was left in the dark about whether my pizza was even on the way or if I should find another place to get food for my family. I never received a return call, so I had to order elsewhere. Ultimately, I ended up paying for two pizzas that I didn’t need. I’m seriously considering not ordering from PJ again, even though we like their food. I’ve been let down twice now, and I didn’t even receive any compensation like other places typically offer when they make a mistake, especially after messing up two orders.

This is hands down the worst pizza place in the Griffin/Koch area. Every time I order delivery, it takes much longer than the promised hour. My order is always messed up, and when I go in to fix it, all the employees are just standing around on their phones and don't pay any attention.
