My husband and I had a great time on the extensive tour and tasting. They had a wide variety of wines to try with cheese pairings to go with each. Before the tasting, our tour guide, Mary, showed us different varietals in the vineyard and gave us a lot of information about the winemaking process. She was a great and friendly tour guide. Beyond disappointed with ambiance, service and wines! Felt like a sports bar but without the food options or decent libations! Certainly did not feel like a winery. Owners obviously care very little about the customers or their experience! View all feedback.
Pro Our reserve tasting tour guide Victoria was awesome. Victoria was very knowledgeable about the wine making process and the wines. Victoria was on time for the tour and had everything ready for the group in the various stages when needed. Victoria was fun to chat and joke with to make the experience even more enjoyable.Con During the purchasing process my group was met by Camden at the register. He was nicely asked to clean our glasses, since it was a service provided on other occasion. Camden proceeded to put a napkin in the wine glass without acknowledging the request. I therefore insisted that he cleaned them properly since I was a returning customer and this was not how it was done then. Camden left the area to honor my request, however when he returned he placed the glasses on the counter and walked away. This was very unprofessional of him and his customer service skills were unbecoming. I ask for a manager and was informed he was the manager. So here we are with the CON portion of my review.Instead of me talking about the wonderful experience I had with Victoria the rest of the day, I shared how rude and unprofessional Camden was.
Very beautiful winery and delicious wines. We had the Sweet Flight and the Red Flight and a few bottles to come home.

Only thing that could have made it better was being given water during the tasting since the wine is very strong and we needed to drive home after lol.
Sadly it was raining during our tour so we were unable to fully explore the outdoor vines and had to do most of the tour indoors. The guide (Gail I believe) was extremely helpful and if she didn’t know something she let us know where to find the information. The tasting setup was beautiful and my husband had an awesome birthday experience. He bought a recommended bottle of Chardonnay and their lovely Merlot cheese. Highly recommend.
