Excellent experience, all the way around. I had the brisket recommended by our server and it was spectacular, especially the sweet potatoes. The only complaint is the wide coffee mugs do not hold heat...your best bet is to ask for your coffee in a to-go cup. If you want a leisurely breakfast, go early. This place is popular and it will be awkward if you are sitting there after you have paid your bill while the line queues up.
Tipsy Beans Cafe is a fantastic spot to enjoy a sit-down coffee and breakfast at a small, local business. With both indoor and outdoor seating, this cozy cafe is perfectly located near shops and other plazas. I would definitely go back again.
