Outback Steakhouse - Williamsburg

We placed an order to be delivered. Once our food finally arrived (the driver got lost and he picked up another meal and dropped it off prior to finally dropping off our meals) we were missing a few items (2 sour creams and 1 chives) that we ordered. It’s very poor attention to detail if they can’t even send what you order. We will not give this Outback any additional business. We do NOT recommend this location.

Slow service and food didn't taste like the outback that we are used to

We enjoyed a rare 5 star restaurant experience tonight. Grace and the team are well trained and experienced. I very much appreciated Outback accommodating my low salt dietary restriction. I loved the barrel cut filet mignon with baked potato and garden salad. Thank you, it was just what the doctor ordered. We'll be back soon.

They send you a message telling you your food is done. You park in a parking spot and enter that parking spot in the little app link they send you. Someone comes out to your car and ask for your name so they can bring you your food and you still wait 30 minutes for them to not bring you food for you to go inside and see your food. Just sitting on the counter getting cold

Had the Cobb salad with chicken. Ample portion and generous amount of chicken. We had a party of 10 and made a reservation. We were well served and accomodated.
