The nasty attitude lady who runs this place is gonna be the single hand reason this location closes down, the third time this month she refuses to make anything other than hot coffee or sweet tea. And that 's after you sit at the drive thru sign for 10 minutes waiting for her to be ready to finish her conversation (that you can hear through the speaker). And she picks and chooses what she wants to make and god forbid she repeats herself bc you get hit with the what I just said if you woulda listened was . Asked for a water and asked why she charged me $2.50 for water and 1.00 for pup cup for that water got hit with a well I could be a real nasty person and charge you whatever I want. Shorter black lady with short hair and glasses. Always snarling saying rude things if you see her in person. Surprised she can be employed anywhere especially in a customer service setting. Won 't be back!

Had an incident with my order and Samira was more than helpful. She quickly made a new coffee and gave it with a smile. A+ customer service.

Although very tempting to order when staying at the lodge but DO NOT ORDER HERE. Inefficient with missed orders. Anything besides donuts is haphazardly made and inedible. Do yourself a favor and get food outside of the lodge.
