The staff at this restaurant really need some training in customer service. Their attitude towards customers was terrible and they didn't seem to care about providing good service. Never make orders correctly, always out of ingredients! Employees and managers are rude and have terrible customer service!
I've been going for years...but yesterday was the worst. Every single soul except for one person looked like they were just there for a check...customer service was trash...along with the appearance of the line and drink station.
The lady Shamaya was wonderful. The whole staff was great. They were fast and friendly. Thank you.
Worst staff. stood at the register for almost 10 min as staff just walked by smiling being loud. it was kinda wild how much they didnt care it felt like they enjoyed that i was standong there waiting to pay
Chipotle still has good food. However the environment is messy. The glass looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The trash was overflowing and there was no one maintaining the appearance of the lobby. This is unappetizing. If the front looks like this what are they doing in the back. Just wondering...Vegetarian options: You can make a bowl or burrito vegetarian.
