What Sheri Lynn likes about Cheese Shop:
14 years ago we found this place on our honeymoon. Best sandwiches ever. This year we finally returned and found this place is still the best! Thanks for keeping it real and staying open all these years! Worth the wait and worth the crowd.

read moreThe Cheese Shop in Williamsburg is a beloved and long-standing favorite among visitors and locals alike. With the best sandwiches in town, made even better with their famous house dressing, this place is definitely worth the wait, even with the crowds. The cheese counter offers a great selection of cheeses, making it a perfect stop for a quick picnic. Prices are reasonable, the bread is fresh, and the wine cellar is a great addition to the experience. If you find yourself in Williamsburg, The Cheese Shop is a must-visit spot for a delicious meal and a taste of tradition.
Excellent sandwiches! There's a large variety of choices, typical deli fare. Don't miss the bread ends and French dressing!
The Cheese Shop is centrally located in Colonial Williamsburg at Merchants Square.
What a disappointment.
