We were sat immediately at peak time, the food was great, and the staff was courteous. The large menu selection made it hard to choose our meal as everything looked great. Ended up getting the sampler with French Toast which was on point! We passed 3 other 'pancake houses ' on the trip here from our hotel, and we 're glad we chose Capitol. We will return again when visiting. View all feedback.
