Was Eric Larson at Twisters a mag?
Had a very good meal (burger and fries) and a fantastic cherry malt. However I could only give 4 stars because of their billing system. They bill by the table instead of by the person. There was two of us and they wouldn't split the tab. We offered that bill one of us for one table and the other for another table. Nope, can't do that in case other people came in and sat at the other table. We were in Williams with a... View all feedback.
What gabriela middlestetter dislikes about Twisters:
I regret not capturing a photo of my meal because it was delicious! The flavors were spot on. One piece of advice: if you order a children's meal, be clear, or you might end up paying for an adult portion. My child ordered chicken strips, which should have been a kids' meal, but they accidentally labeled it as an adult size. That was the only hiccup I faced. The zucchini and onion rings are definitely worth trying. A... View all feedback.
This is a great spot to enjoy an ice cream treat on Route 66! The restaurant has a fun 50's theme, which is reflected in its name, and it's owned by the mayor's son. They serve delicious burgers,...
If I could give this place zero stars, I would! We were simply passing through this charming town on our way back from a visit to the Grand Canyon. We were drawn in by...
We decided to come here because all the other restaurants, except for McDonald's, were closed. We had heard from another restaurant that they serve really good burgers, but...
Now that I have better service I can actually write this review. Best thing about this restraint is the decor. Digging the 50s style diner. Having grown up here twisters was one of my favorite places to go and I spoke pretty giggly of it until recently.Upon my last visit I was excited and a bit nostalgic of this having not been in it since highschool. Unfortunately it did notmeet my expectations on food quality or service. The full bar is a joke having an extremely small selection of any kind ofalcohol. Decent selection of on tap beer amazing glasses reply enjoyed how they slanted. The bartender a young ladyattempting to train another server on how to make a proper rum and coke did not know which rum to put with the coke and I had toadvise which is fine but shows little to know training of staff by management. Next neither knew how to actually poor the drinkor the order it went in and again I advised and even gave advice on how to stir the drink so that you didn 't get the layeredeffect with the strongest drink being at the bottom. The malt I had ordered for me and son was good despite the fact that wecould not get another because they were out of malt due to management not completing their order, if they ordered anything atall. The chili fries were good though the chili was straight out of a can and the fries were literally from dairy queen, I knowthis because our server had informed us of this after they had arrived to the table. This was also due to a management ordermistake. I was prepared to forgive all of this for the sake of nostalgia until our burgers came out dry and not seasoned and thebun burned. I made a complaint to which the server took to the owner. His reply was that we were armatures and didn 't know whatwe were talking about. Extremely rude considering he didn 't know who I was or my history in food service and kitchenmanagement. Completely unsatisfactory and is understandable why he is having trouble paying his employees
I wish I took a picture of my food. It was prety good. Flavor was just right. Make sure if you order a child plate be specific or they will charge you for an adult item. My kid ordered chicken strips and its was supposed to be a kiss meal but she put usdown as an adult. That's the only issue I had. Zucchini and onion rings are a must try. Also they dont have thousand Island ofthat matters to anyone.
