The... read more We had to wait over an hour for our order. Many of the menu items were unavailable. The store was dirty, trash cans were overflowing. Bathrooms were gross. The sidewalks really needed to be cleared. Floors needed swept. MattThat being said the cashier explained that the flash snow storm kept the majority of the staff from being able to make it in. The entire store was manned by three staff member's. The restaurant was packed. manager was one of the staff unable to get to work.But, I want to praise the staff for hanging in. They met the orders in house and the drive through. The drive through girl took orders and then delivered them out side in the snow. They really pulled together and got the essentials of the job done. Those three employees deserve a bonus and positive recognition!!!!

The young manager was so... read more Let me start by saying how this is a fast food chain they have absolutely everything out of stock! They didn't have any soda no sides. The young manager was so rude mad because we asked for a water cup drink. It was such a bad experience. And itwasn't just me. We were in a group of 15 people, and we all had the same bad experiences. From now on, it will be our lastresort to come to KFC. The elder ladies were so sweet deserve to get treated better by the rude young manager. Please don'twaste your time here.
