What Matt Renshaw doesn't like about Flying J Travel Center:
This place doesn't sell unleaded gas as advertised. It only sells 88 octane e15, 89 octane fuel with 15 percent ethanol, and 91 octane fuel with 10 percent ethanol (which defeats the purpose of premium fuel). Thankfully I was driving the one vehicle out of4 that can handle e15 and higher. If your car can only handle e10, go to the independently owned Boondocks across theinterstate. Came here today hoping to get good service! But this did not happen. Two pumps were faulty on 21 and 22. I went to the cash register several times and asked me to turn on my diesel. I had limited time to refuel. But I saw an unprofessional attitudeto their duties and boorish behavior on the part of the attendants. It was Vanessa and Denys. Denys most likely has recentlyworked and does not have a professional skill, but this is not the worst thing. The worst I heard from Vanessa, she began to berude to me and speak in a raised tone. Then I asked to call the supervisor. She answered me that she would not call anysupervisor for me and said that she would not serve me. Told me to get out of the gas station. I wanted to declare that thisis a disgusting attitude towards customers and a boorish attitude towards a PERSON! I ask the supervisor to pay attention tothese workers. THIS CANNOT CONTINUE! You have broken pumps, that's your problem!!! ???????????????

Wow, this place looks really rundown. I don't feel comfortable going inside based on what I see from the outside.
I visited for the night and found everyone in the store to be very friendly. The place is extremely clean, and the showers are spacious and comfortable. The water temperature and pressure were excellent. However, I do wish Pilot would address the slippery floors in the showers.
