Dairy Queen - Williams

Bad burger. Not made well and just tasted bad. Fries were good. Soda was all carbonation. The girls working the front register were very busy making fun of their customers loudly enough for me to hear them in the very loud room. When my order was readythey never told me even though I was sitting on the bench right in front of them (inside). Another customer had to tell me hethinks that?s my order. Also dead bugs all over the floor.

Total fail today. My family and I visit on a regular basis. Yesterday our order was wrong, and once again today, our order was seriously wrong. First time I got the Burrito Supreme, in every sense of the word, the is nothing Supreme about this Burrito.Ordered a 10 piece Chicken Nugget, extremely small size nuggets and only one dipping sauce, which had a hole in the bottom ofit, how do you not notice something so obvious when putting it in the bag? Ordered a Banana and Vanilla MooLatte and got aVanilla and some other Coffee flavor?? What's the deal? Where has the service and quality gone? Why would we come back if youcan't provide the same value and service you always have. As I said before, Total Fail Dairy Queen!!

Our order was mixed up with three others, and those who arrived after us received their meals before we did. Out of the six people in our party, none of our orders were correct. It seems there is a need for better management oversight at this restaurant. The staff, mostly young, appeared to be quite confused. We won't be returning.

You can't go wrong with Dairy Queen, especially on Route 66. The burger was delicious as usual, and the onion rings were perfectly cooked without being greasy.

The service at the drive-thru was outstanding. The staff member was incredibly friendly and courteous. The food exceeded my expectations.
