W... read more Have herd how good the food is here for months so my sister took me there last week for breakfast. I had biscuits and gravy with potatoes and a side of bacon. What a joke! Gravy was horrible and bacon was sooooo thin you could see thru it! What ever happened to a good home cooked meal restraint? Won't waist my time or money here again!

They only accept cash or checks, and the locals might give you a curious look if you're a newcomer. However, the prices are incredibly low, the coffee is fantastic, and the food is very good. My wife ordered the sausage and cheese muffin sandwich, while I had the biscuits and gravy, along with an egg cooked over easy and toast. The portion sizes are generous—consider halving the biscuits and gravy if you're not very hungry. Our waitress was absolutely delightful and efficiently managed the entire room all on her own.

You can't beat the prices, which have remained quite reasonable. The waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
