Mcdonald's - Wilkes-Barre

The food was delivered quickly, hot and fresh. The store was clean and the staff was pleasant. The only negative was to try to use McDonald's app for rewards. It didn't work and one of the employees said that the app was made by a third party and never worked.

Honestly the best McDonald’s in the area. Idk if I just go at the right time but my fries are always fresh and hot, always get it right, And are over all very nice workers. I’ve been to some awful McDonald’s so I really do appreciate this one.

This McDonald's is the best in the entire area. It's not because they prepare the food any differently than other locations, but rather because of the staff. Every employee I've encountered at this restaurant has been incredibly kind and has gone above and beyond to brighten customers' mornings. The person who trains the employees at this location definitely deserves a substantial raise.

I frequently visit this McDonald's because it's conveniently located, and I usually have a great experience. During my last visit, the restaurant was quite busy, and there were some delays with the orders. However, the staff remained friendly and helpful, ensuring that everyone's orders were served as soon as they were ready.

I really appreciate their new hack menu, but what stands out to me the most is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and always make sure that your order is right. If there’s ever a mistake, they are quick to correct it. Throughout the entire pandemic, they stayed committed to their work despite dealing with some rude customers, so they truly deserve all the praise they get! They’ve also worked hard to keep their prices down, even with the rising inflation, and they do their best to offer affordable options on the menu. McDonald's never lets me down, and they always accommodate special requests without any issues!
