Dunkin' - Wilkes-Barre

FANTASTIC Sausage, Egg and cheese on a Plain Bagel with a medium Coffee, WOW ! ! !

Great, only issue is that numerous locations are always out of featured muffin otherwise would have rated 5 stars!

This is by far the best Dunkin' I have ever been to. It is and always will be. The staff is extremely caring and friendly. They never mess up my order. They always wear a smile on their faces. Thank you all for your hardwork. I appreciate every single one of you!

Donut and coffee were ok--nominal for Dunkin ', but the service was poor. The kid at the window was rude. I got handed/nearly tossed the donut in a bag with a grunt; no napkin. The coffee was passed to a point where he barely made an effort. I had to reach in to the window to grab it. The whole vibe was that of him doing me a favor or that I was inconveniencing him by being there! It is unfortunate that in these days of our lazy, hand-out expectant society, businesses can 't find respectful, appreciative employees.Interestingly, a sign was posted in the drive thru--as in virtually all drive thrus--seeking employees. Help wanted $14/hr and they can 't get anyone who will respect the customer?! Sad days.

I hate coffee! Donuts are good if you go early enough. A lot more expensive then they used to be.
