We decided to take a break from our drive and stopped at The Chicken Coop, an hour from home, and we were not disappointed. Sadly, I switched my order to fish and chips before writing this review, so I wasn’t able to take a picture. However, the fish and chips were delicious! The mango wings were a generous size with fantastic flavor and just the right amount of heat. The Cajun Hoagie was also very tasty. We highly recommend everyone in Wilkes-Barre to give this place a try. It's definitely somewhere we plan to return to!

As a wing enthusiast and the manager of the Hot Wings PA Facebook group, I have to say that the wings here are outstanding. They offer delicious wings with a fantastic selection of sauce options. This place is a must-visit for any wing lover!

I've been visiting the Chicken Stable for many years now (rest in peace to the original Coop). Every time I return to the area, I make it a point to stop by for wings at night. They are consistently crispy, and there’s a great variety of sauces to choose from. This time, we also tried the Cheesesteak Macaroni, which was fantastic. There are so many other items on the menu that I'm eager to try. I can't wait to come back soon! I've noticed some negative reviews, particularly regarding takeout or DoorDash, but I assure you, the food is worth it, and you won’t be disappointed!
