The service was good, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was less than desirable. It's frustrating to have to listen to someone shouting about wanting to go "chocolate condoms" while trying to enjoy a meal. I just used the restroom and grabbed a coffee, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed the grinding and brewing machines. I don't usually stop at Sheetz since I live in Philadelphia, but if I'm in NEPA again, I'll definitely make a point to stop here.
This restaurant offers fantastic made-to-order dishes and delicious food. I'm originally from the Valley but relocated to Philly 20 years ago. I always make it a point to stop here before getting back on the NEX at the rotary piston.
The whole night shift crew rocks. Theresa, Joe, Mack and another woman in the night shift, I'm sorry to forget her name. They are all hard workers and do their best to make the customer happy. I think they should all get an increase because of the hard work during the pandemic. 2-4 a.m. when the rush started, and they all work well under pressure. I used my point to get the sheets of coffee mugs and redeem them at 3:00 in the morning. They had no way out, but the name of the woman I don't know went out of her way and went back to get the coffee cup. She also took time and explained the app and how to redeem items for my points. I love the night shift workers!! Thank you for the hard work and for all orders being on time.
