Red Lobster Wilkes Barre

New Year's Eve was a very busy, I made reservations at 5:30 , got there at 5:15, we didn't get to sit at our table until 6:30, ordered drinks and dinner ,was served at 7:30, everything came out pretty good, we got our check and was out the door at 8:30pm..

Always a reliable place for seafood. The Lobsterfest event was ongoing. The cheddar bay biscuits are always a treat. We had the lobster and langostino pizza to start. That was delicious! And then for entrees the Lobster Lovers Dream which was a lobster overload. And then the Tilapia topped with lobster. Both entrees came with salad. Very satisfying meal.

I’ve rarely been to red lobster anywhere, but this was a good experience. Fantastic server who has been there since they opened. She was friendly, attentive, and engaging. Food was very good.

Had tickets for Arena. Used the app to get on the wait list 15 min before I arrived. Was told upon arrival it didn’t matter if I put my name on the list or not I had to wait and was added to the list upon arrival. After a 20 min wait I was seated. 10 min later my order was taken. Both orders were wrong which had to be corrected and I couldn’t get a refill on a drink. I will not return

It was a great dinner! Waitress was phenomenal....using this app probably saved us an hr wait! Manager said I was the first to use it ??
