They offer a vegan chili, but you have to ask for it without the cheese and cornbread crumbs. The Brussels sprouts and carrots are absolutely delicious! They also have an Impossible Burger, but be aware that the roll is not vegan. The menu specifies this, but you can get it served as a salad instead. My personal favorite dish is the Hip Chick Salad. It's enormous and packed with mixed greens, sweet potatoes, roasted red peppers, ancient grains, chickpeas, and walnuts. It's truly amazing!
