I arrived 20 minutes later, only to be told that it would take an additional 10 minutes. Seriously?

I tend to stick to the same dish every time, but this time my mom ordered for me and I asked her to get a side of cheese for the fries. She mentioned she got a couple of servings. I assumed they'd send those small containers for dipping, but instead, they surprised us with not one, but TWO big bowls of cheese! I couldn’t help but laugh—who needs that much cheese? Looks like I’ll have to find a way to use it all!

When I got my food, they put a sma... read more My ETA on my order for PICKUP was 20-38 minutes. Got there 10 minutes after that time to wait another 45 minutes for my food. When I got my food, they put a small handful of fries for my side. When I say handful, I mean 5-8 fries total. I have spentanother 20 minutes just trying to get my fries. On top of that, everyone who ordered inside got their food WAY before I did. Myfood was cold, they had no fountain drinks, and staff was simply just not helpful in any shape or form. Do not recommend at all.

Every time I walk in the door they tell me it?s over an hour wait. I don?t order and just leave. Mind you there was one less than 2 customers inthe dinning area. I asked why the wait was so long and they said Uber and door dash have priority. I?m writing this as I waitfor my first order and half the Uber and door dash drivers were told they couldn?t find the order and would have to wait 30minutes. Management seriously needs to step up. The girls in the back are in no hurry and constantly talking and having a greattime. This place could be so successful ??..
