We were able to see for ourselves at a perfect dinner that this is actually practiced. All of the dishes were an absolute delight. The generous portions are perfectly prepared and presented. You can also feel the passion for the kitchen in the service. Our table was lovingly designed in consideration of a personal anniversary. The staff behaved in an exemplary manner, courteous and with a refreshing touch of humor. We felt perfectly looked after. The stress of everyday life was forgotten that evening.
