Went into Pizza Hut ordered medium meat lovers pizza for 14.99. while waiting on order I heard the Manager tell a customer the large meat lovers was 10.00 special .asked him about it and he yes it's on sale but you have to ask for it. to me that's not customer loyalty, that's very poor management. , I could understand if I had ordered something else but should have been told the large was on sale. manager or whatever he was very condescending and rude. will never go back in that place. it's not about the money it's about treating loyal customers right. this was in wilburton

In town for Sunbelt as we annually, on rain delay, had to order for our team of 20 boys. Ordered 16 pizzas and asked for a discount mid we did not bring the whole crowd in the slam the business and just picked up pizza. They offered to go ahead and deliver but would not give a discount. Said there were no discounts. Ordered our pizzas. 16, 3 of which were specialty meat lovers, the others were single toppings . Over $200 they charged us! The price did not add up. The manager would not help us break it down after we called to question the issue. She actually hung up. Thumbs down Pizza Hut! Your coupon you sent in top of the boxes state $7.99 for a large , that’s approximately $156 with tax tip and delivery.
